I tried to get them to send me the missing required parts and manuals with no success 🤷🏻‍♂️ They gave as their reason for their terrible customer service that the warranty was expired🤷🏻‍♂️ It’s incredibly difficult to meet the requirements of a warranty when absolutely nothing in the box had the word “warranty” information mentioned. Nothing on the box and no manuals or guides- so their entire home security system is totally useless to me and nothing but headed for the trash heap. They are located somewhere in China and I wouldn’t be surprised if they had something to do with the Corona Virus...that’s how despicable their company’s customer service is!!
