The reason it’s a 5 star is because it’s not a subscription, but instead is just a one time purchase, which is really smart on the developer’s part. Not only does

BotW Shrine ( a Korok!) - LEGO IDEAS

The "Hylian Homeowner" side quest and the full completion of the "From the Ground Up" side quest. Doing so involves paying 3,000 Rupees (the same price as the Hylian Shield itself), collecting hundreds of wood bundles, and traveling all across Hyrule to recruit various people for the project. Players must put in the effort to finish these tasks if they wish to replace their broken Hylian Shield in BOTW. With how iconic the Hylian Shield is to the Legend of Zelda franchise, the lengths players must go to attain it are understandable. It is possible that weapon durability in BOTW 2 will be changed to let Link retain his equipment longer before it breaks, allowing him more uses of the Hylian Shield before he must pay for another. Even if the durability system from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild carries over, though, the unparalleled usefulness of the Hylian Shield makes any option to replace it a worthy investment. The N64 entries for Mario and Zelda had better pacing and structure than all their sequels basically until Odyssey/BOTW (imo). I'm not denying advancements in game development but there is definitely an art to crafting a fun adventure. #23 OP hates GTA and thinks it's overrated.Which is weird cause GTA (any one really, even the PSP games) smokes most of the games mentioned in this thread. #24 Sorry but the goat is Heroes of Might & Magic III. Never been topped. #26 playing OoT on the pc port was kind of eye opening to me, because all it took was a few tweaks (60fps, analogue camera, gyro aiming, faster text) and it felt totally perfect to play. the world still felt immersive, the story was still captivating, and for the few days I was playing through, it felt like I was a kid again. in fact, the older graphics at higher fidelity were kind of charming, almost felt like it could have been a (very high quality) modern indie game made by a few dudes.I do think the original game has definitely aged somewhat, but the fundamentals are really, really strong. I totally understand why so many still respect it, even today. #27 Elden Ring from the beginning stole BotW's thunder, actually It didn't though? I am not sure where you got that impression. The games are very different and even at recently published top lists from gaming publications BotW ranked at #1 in many places. The Last of Us (1) should be on that list.It was #2 here:#1 here Case in point. BotW ranks above Elden Ring in both of these lists. #28 I think there's 3 that are close to OoT that you mentioned, Dark Souls 1, ER and BOTW having a bit of a honorable mention because
